A single cylinder deadbolt, this front door lock is operated by a key on the exterior and a thumbturn on the interior. Made by Kwikset, the 780 single cylinder deadbolt is rated as an ANSI/BHMA A156.2 grade 2 security lock. Adjustable backset for 2-3/8" and 2-3/4". It is made of solid brass and is backed by a lifetime mechanical warranty. It is designed with a patented side locking bar technology offers improved security by protecting against lock bumping.
