This filler plate allows for the conversion from an 86 cut out (mortise lock) to a 161 cut out (standard tube latch). It has a primer coat finish so you can paint them to match existing hardware.

Just remove the old Mortise Lock box. Screw the filler plate into the doors edge existing mortise lock holes. You can now install a standard latch or deadbolt latch.
