This is an adjustable height dust proof door bolt strike. Most often used on installed on the door threshold for a surface mounted or flush bolt, to prevent the accumulation of debris in the bolt strike hole. This strike adds more security to door bolts. It also has an adjustable height, with a plunger compression of 1-1/2 inches with a 3/4 inch radius. Packaged with matching finish screws and are available in 7 great finishes.
