This sliding door Jamb Bolt is used to lock pocket doors including double doors and barn doors (with less than 1-3/8 clearance). The sliding door lock is mounted on the jamb side of a door and works like a rocker switch. When pushed in the other half pops out, physically preventing the door from sliding. The sliding door jamb bolt features an emergency lock release protector to mount on door exterior. It is packaged with matching finish screws and a strike plate (to protect the jamb) and is available in great finishes.

If using on a sliding barn door, the clearance between the door and the wall must be less that 1-3/8".
