Deluxe Hinge Kits are the ideal choice for multiple application door solutions, when existing hardware fails. Perfect repair solution for metal framed store front doors when the existing pivot hinges fail and the frame is damaged. A quick and easy fix for any compromised opening.

Installation: The properly installed upper hinge has an adjustment screw facing the top. The lower hinge has an adjustment screw facing bottom. Mount hinge on door and frame, then drill (6) six pilot holes for one way screws. For flush door and frame installation use the shim provided on the door jamb. Or for 1/8" offset door installation, no shim is required.
