Commercial 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" x Square Corners Single Action Spring Hinge
Packaged complete with One Single Action Spring Door Hinge, Allen Adjusting Wrench, Locking Pins, plus #12 x 1-1/4" Wood Screws and #12- x 1/2" Machine Screws. Utilizes template screw hole pattern for use with wood or metal doors.
UL Listed (R18063) Fired Rated. The included Allen Wrench Tool is use to adjust spring tension. The Locking Pin holds the Spring in tension after it is set.
