Packaged complete with a Pair (2) Single Action Spring Door Hinges plus #12 x 1-1/4" wood screws and 12-24 x 1/2" machine screws. Non-template screw hole pattern for use on metal or wood doors (ANSI K81011F). This is a replacement for Bommer 4040-7-600 hinge.
