It has fantastic detailing that really grants it an old world feel while still seeming perfectly placed in today's modern world. The Single Cylinder Brookshire Handleset features easy installation. It can be installed with just a Phillips Screwdriver. One feature that makes it so easy to install is the fact that the through-bolt slides up and down so it can fit already existing holes. It will fit doors with thicknesses between 1-5/8" up to 2" with backsets of either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4"

Single Cylinder Handleset: The deadbolt is thrown or retracted by a key from the outside or by a thumbturn on the inside. The latch is retracted by a thumbpiece from the outside and by a turn knob on the inside.
