This security door hinge pin installs easily in the door frame. Door Frame Mounted Security Door Hinge Pins are most often used where the hinges face the outside. An included sleeve installs into the door jamb to protect out-swinging doors even if the door hinges are tampered with by holding a closed door in place even if the hinge pins are removed or cut.

Easy to install: Drill 1/2 inch hole into door frame approximately 3/4 inch deep. Push the locking Pin into door frame hole. Drill 1/2 inch hole into the door jam. Push included sleeve into jamb.

Recommend installing 3 to 4 security pins per door, one near each door hinge.
